My client is looking for an experienced Home Support Manager to join their team which is based in the Cumbria area
The successful candidate will ideally have their NVQ level 4 qualification however candidates with an NVQ Level 3 with managerial experience within the field of working with the elderly and dementia
The responsibilities of this position will be to manage the day to day running of the recently established Community Day opportunities service that has recently been set up in the Cumbria The post will require the successful candidate to be in charge of staff supervisions training recruitment and the overall health and well being of the clients and staff
