Adecco is leading recruitment consultancy who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the HR function for our Clients Liverpool office Our client is an International Business and a leader in their market place
Reporting to HR Director you would be responsible for managing and implementing the HR policies for the site as well as working with the senior management team in supporting the strategic development of the business Duties will include
Providing HR support to managers at the site
Employee relations including development of retention and reward programs
Learning and development identify skills gaps and develop training programmes for staff progression
Implementation of HR policies
Performance management
Attendance monitoring
For this role it is essential that you have strong experience at a senior level and have been responsible for the HR function for a site or business Successful candidates will also need to be either CIPD qualif...
