Our client a facilities management service require a mechanical engineer for a new facilities management contract they have secured covering three large sites in Gwent The role will involve occasional travel to the facilities management head office in Bristol and regular travel between the three sites in Gwent Candidates should have experience of working in a measured term contract Qualifications in commercial gas oil andor solid fuel safety would be advantageous They should be able to liaise well with clients planning and implementing and required work within the relevant timescales Key Responsibilities 1Ensure all planned works are delivered on time in line with the companys quality policy 2Ensure clients are serviced at optimal levels by regular client liaison and site visits 3To maximise resources and carry out Reactive works and Planned Preventative Maintenance in house 4Monitoring of subcontractor work and quality of suppliers costs to ensure they are costeffec...
