The job responsibility will involve the delivery of business performance and quality targets for a portfolio of care homes You will be providing support and leadership to care home managers To support the chief executive officer finance director and operations director in the delivery of care You will be responsible for the finanical management HR marketing health and safety and quality assurance
Ideal candidate must be nurse qualified RGN or RMN Experience of managing care homes multisite management experience an indepth knowledge of the care sector have worked collaboratively with social service pcts cqcv etc and have a proved track record in operational management
