My Client is looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the organisation
The Role
To deliver high quality service for the Restaurant and Bar To be able to recognise and develop future stars To train and develop the team in line with the company training plan To comply with Health and Safety and train the team on all aspects To be able to assist the bar supervisor with stock takes and controls To be able to assist with Duty Management shifts
The Person
To have a great personality and be genuine approachable attentive and instinctive

To be smart and well presented
Proven track record in a similar hotel role
Strong training skills and knowledge
Excellent operational knowledge and experience of IT
Excellent level of spoken and written English A flexible approach to work as shift patterns will be followed Working 5 days out of 7
