BRC social housing are seeking a Duty Worker Assistant for this ongoing part time temporary contract based in Bristol
Your main responsibilities will include
Provide practical support to services users as required
Participate in receiving and accessing referrals from the client and other agencies
Provide resettlement advice and information to families prior to their move and support them practically
Ensure that women currently living in abusive situations are aware of a variety of options
Maintain appropriate records and case notes of residents and exresidents
You must be able to have an understanding of domestic abuse issues and its impact on women and children
It is essential that you have previously worked in a social housing setting or similar
You must have an enhanced CRB within the last 12 months
