Our client is an Award Winning Lettings agency based in Hitchin and is currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Sales team This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career in sales within a reputable growing business
Your main duties will involve
Conducting viewings on properties and providing landlords with regular feedback
Tenant attraction via existing database
Canvassing and attracting new instructions cold calling private adverts dropping targeted leaflets
Marketing of properties via local newspapers and web portals
Regular liaison with landlords and tenants
General administration
