As Chef de Partie you can expect to work across all sections of the kitchen producing an extremely high level of food at all timesIdeally you will be used to working in a very busy environment as this kitchen does a huge amount of covers in relation to the size of the property Everything is made fresh and you should be a good team player in order to support junior chefs and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
