Chef de Partie required for a large corporate 4 hotel in central Bristol The position will involve working mainly in the rosette standard all fresh food brasserie with occasional cover required for the banqueting operation We are looking for a Chef de Partie with good experience across all section of the kitchen specifically the sauce section
Applicants will have experience as Demi Chef de Partie or above from busy fresh food based kitchens This is an excellent opportunity to join a large very respected hotel group and to benefit from all benefits that that would bring including excellent career progression
The salary is 17500 and is negotiable for a strong candidate
