POSITION SUMMARY
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the New Client Engagement Team in Europe as a New Client Engagement Specialist high levels of customer service skills needed
Reporting to the New Client Engagement Manager EMEA APAC and working closely with the team you will be the first point of contact to Gartners new clients
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
As a member of the Client Engagement Team you will be responsible for ensuring the client receives optimal value from Gartner
Act as the first point of escalation for client issues related to OnBoarding activities
Provide client with subject matter expertise regarding Gartner Products and Services to drive client usage and retention
Identify areas of opportunity for NCE through client interaction liaise with Sales to act upon the identified opportunity
