A great opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to develop detailed plans to execute HR activities on two projects for Chartis Insurance across 26 countries in Europe Working with HR professionals HR Program leader and Finance TOM and Monet programme leadership Working with relevant team members to ensure HR activities are successfully executed as planned Preparation of Hydra reports and presentations as required Ensuring plans RAID logs and other project execution tools are kept up to date Preparing agendas and other materials for meetings and ensuring expenditure on HR work streams is documented monitored against budget and input into PMO to support the monthly reporting cycle Day to day project management of Works Council activity in relation to the two projects including management of Works Council QA processes once consultation has been initiated Employee relations and communications planning and execution of those plans throughout the projects in conj...
