An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personnel Coordinator to join a large national company which is ever expanding
You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Personnel Department with all recruitment and crewing duties associated with the recruitment of contractors
Duties will include
The successful candidate should have the following
Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary positions jobs with client companies or for internal projects
Identify source and approach suitable potential candidates through a variety of methods including via industry recruitment websites and speaking to existing contractors recommendations
Receiving and reviewing applications managing interviews and shortlisting candidates
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
