General Manager for a Country house hotel near Workington We are ideally looking for a General Manager from the Cumbria area although live in can be provided preferably temporary for a relocation help to show commitment
As the GM you will be Educated to degree or equivalent in Hospitality You will have minimum 34 years General management level within 34 star properties Experience of working with both small privately owned and corporate chains The role will involve experience in delivering marketing strategy plans and ideally have knowledge of the local areas You will need to construct and collate financial information for monthly board meetings
You will need to have attention to detail and passionate about delivering high standards A good working knowledge of Net profit food and wet GPs wages room occupancy labour turnover and have proven track record in revenue increase
