Position: Nursing Home Manager - Elderly - South Wales

We are looking to recruit an experienced Matron Manager for our client based in the Swansea area of South Wales Candidates must have an RN qualification and have previous experience working with elderly people within a nursing home setting
Salary Circa 3035k per annum in line with experience
To apply for this position you will need
RGN qualification and RMA or equivalent of this
Previous experience at Home Manager level within an elderly care environment
Must be able to deliver an excellent level of person centred care
Good business sense
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good sense of humour
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau
