We are recruiting for a Assistant Project Manager to work along side a Project Manager and associated team delivering ME Civil and Facilities Projects across the North West
Job Purpose
The Client will be acting as Principle Contractor for a relocation project for a government agency The role will provide technical administrative support to the Project Manager who is managing the installation commissioning and management of various new installations modifications and refurbishments of building services and fabric works within the North West of England Main bulk of works in Warrington with minor works in Preston Sale and Winsford
There will be intensive customer contact to develop schemes and progress the project
The role is to provide assistance to the management of the project from conception to delivery within set and agreed time frames
On completion and during the project the responsibility for accounting will remain with the Regional Operations Manager
