I have a role for a Family Law specialist to join a successful and highly reputable Cumbria based firm You will need to be a qualified solicitor and will have previous experience dealing with family matters including both private matters and public matters Ideally you will be 2 years PQE with experience in Family Law
Working with a team of family solicitors working across Cumbria area you will handle a case load of mixed family matters You will be dealing with matrimonial matters including issues from separating partners pre nuptials as well as dealing with public matters including guardianship adoption and other care proceedings Experience within Ancillary Relief Financial Orders and TOLATA is essential
This firm is easily commutable from areas such as Kendal Lancaster and Carlisle
