BRC social Housing are seeking an experienced Mental Health Housing and Support Services Manager for this full time temporary role based in Bristol
The main function of this post is to ensure that effective outcome focused support and housing services are delivered to women with mental health needs in agreement with the aims and objectives of the client
The main responsibilities will be
Working with the Senior Staff
Planning service delivery to ensure a consistent and integral outcomefocused service to all users
Actively raise the profile of the organisation with the general public stakeholders and the mental health network
Liaise with relevant agencies including RSLs and Local Authorities as appropriate
Managing Staff
Develop and maintain data collection systems to ensure accurate and clear data collection and recording by staff
Keeping the organisation up to date with Mental Health Legislation
