Acting as a facilitator liaising with the RD departments and Project managers
Working closely with the offshore manufacturers in China and Poland which may involve some time away
working with Production and quality teams to work out how to put the new product process in place
Liaising with relevant department heads in connection to putting the product to manufacture this can include Procurement teams and sales teams
Document all processes which have been put in place
Putting together reports for all department heads regarding new products

HNC in mechanical or electrical background preferably both
Knowledge of manufacturing priciples Processes within an electromechanical industry
Knowledge of Lean principles and project management procedures
Must have strong leadership skills
Must be well presented and professional
Must be have good reporting and documenting skills someone who has been involved in a qualitymanufacturing capacity
