The role will be
Assisting the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in providing a good quality of service to our People Supported which gives a high standard of professional practice
Meeting the personal care needs of People Supported in a way in which promotes dignity privacy safety and independence
Ensuring the effective use of resources in providing support
Leading Directing the support staff team reporting to you to achieve these goals
Knowledge of Policies and Procedures and to ensure that all practices within the Service comply with these
Meeting professional and legal responsibilities with regard to Health and Safety issues
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of records and information relating to the service
Ensuring that records required by the Care Quality Commission are completed and kept safely in the organisation
