The project offers a lot of variety as giving you the opportunity to build your skills broadening the scope for future contract work You will use the latest design methods on a regular basis and you will work on pipeline structures based in a number of locations with extreme factors that will affect the integrity of the pipeline
Ideally you should be degree qualified and it would be preferable if you have a got approximately 2 years of industry experience It would be beneficial if you have a got a knowledge of 2D FE Modelling using the Abaqus software package It would be desirable if youre knowledgeable in pipeline materials and insulation methods
