The Competition Unit offers clients extremely strong and spoton advice Chambers and Partners and is the only competition practice based outside London to be included amongst those recommended by Legal 500 in its London listings This reflects our status amongst the top UK competition practices
The main core unit sits within the Commercial department and also gains support from the litigation team The core team comprises one fulltime competition partner a senior associate and two assistants We have a further fulltime partner covering procurement and state aid advice who together with senior members of that team utilise the two competition assistants We have further support from a litigation partner senior associate and assistant on the litigation side
