The key focus of this role is to lead a large team of engineers ensuring that they are meeting goals and objectives on programs to which they are assigned The successful applicant will play a key role in leading the business forward forming part of the engineering management team ensuring that project goals are achieved and mentoring and developing engineers within an assigned group
