As a Premises Officer you will be responsible for distributing deliveries within the college and the opening closing and security of the premises and its contents at all times
The main focus of this role is the delivery of goods from site to site however you will also be required to perform a number of other Premises Officer duties on top of this These will include the maintenance of security for the college buildings assisting with cleaning duties as necessary and the repair and maintenance of properties in accordance with work schedules
