Working in the care home environment the job duties are
To be responsible for the wellbeing ie the physical emotional and social needs of the service users in the caring kind and respectful manner preserving dignity and selfrespect at all times To know and support the main aims and values of the home and to understand and implement the homes policies and procedures at all times

Act as a keyworker for a group of service users under the guidance of a registered nurse and encourage the service users in taking decisions in matters which affect their lives
