Position: Hospitality Human Resources Manager

The Role will include
Recruiting all staff for the hotel Peak season can be extremely busy
Human Resource planning for the business
Managing all personnel documentation ensuring it meets both company and legal requirements
Ensure appropriate training is given in all areas including health and safety customer service and management
Dealing with any staff issues within the hotel in a professional manner such as disciplinary and grievance procedures
Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Mange Payroll and forecasting of wages
To be successful in this role you will need
Experience within a similar HR role in Hospitality or Retail is essential
CIPD qualified this is beneficial however not essential
The ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships
A proactive and organised approach with self motivation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
