Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Dementia Manager on behalf of our client a care provider of residential homes for older people in the Cardiff area
As Dementia Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the dementia service for this home Key duties will involve carrying out risk assessments rota management and all staff management including recruitment retention and training and development You will work closely with the senior management team
You will be an experienced Manager within care and you will be familiar with current regulations You will ideally hold your NVQ4 in Care and have extensive experience within dementia This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established care group in an autonomous role
