The Role
Recruitment administration correspondence testing and place adverts
Management of new starter information such as sending out application forms collating the new starter forms and input into the system
Arranging of contracts for new starters
Organising the induction process
Logging sickness and absence data
Calculating and logging maternity benefits etc
Organising documentation for reviews and appraisals throughout the business
Advising staff on basic policy and procedure issues
Maintain accurate training records Assist in the preparation and organisation of training events
Run reports and produce statistics
