Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team at their purposebuilt home in Fleetwood Lancashire
The home is a 30 bedded residential home
The ideal candidate will hold their NVQ Level 3 in Care as a minimum have great communication skills experience of working in a similar sized residential setting at a senior level experience of administering medication experience in caring for dementia sufferers focus and drive
