A global banking group based in south east England is looking to add an excellent interim Senior Payroll Manager to their demanding finance team
Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of a high quality cost efficient service to the main UK operations and subsidiaries whilst meeting and exceeding stakeholder Service Level Agreements
Other duties include providing leadership to the Payroll and Finance service delivery teams in the HR Shared Service Centre covering approximately 30 people this includes responsibility for recruitment integration and performance management
The successful applicant will have an excellent track record of successfully managing the payroll function of a large bank or other global financial institution and CIPP qualified
