We are pleased to offer you a great opportunity to work within a busy HR team based within a North London Local Government organisation Supporting two heads of services and their management team You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive secretarial support service Your duties will be varied however will include the management of Occupational Health referrals minute taking for Trade Union meetings minute taking at HR hearings coordinating meeting arrangements for heads of Service and Managers Managing invoicing and stationary orders and undertaking adhoc projects as directed by Manager
Successful candidate will have significant PA experience gained ideally within a HR environment previous Public Sector experience preferred You will demonstrate
