Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within their sales team as a Customer Advisor on a permanent basis
This is a varied role which could develop further for the right person
DUTIES
Dealing with customers queries and sales requirements via telephone and email
You will be trained to give advice and guidance to the customers
Taking course bookings and processing orders ensuring that the customer receives the correct booking information
Other administrative duties will also be required when necessary
SKILLS EXPERIENCE
You will need good computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Team player that can work under pressure whilst using own initiative
Previous experience within the training industry andor knowledge of the construction industry would be preferred
Own transport is essential due to location of the client
