Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Home Manager on behalf of our client a well respected independent provider of nursing homes for adults and older people with mental illnesses This role is based in North East Wales and easily commutable from the Merseyside area
As Home Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a medium sized nursing home for adults and older people with various mental illness including dementia Reporting directly into the proprietor you will be the Registered Manager for the home Your key duties will include the day to day operations of the home including staff management training and development financialbudget responsibility providing a safe and stimulating environment for the residents and the staff and other duties as required
You will be RMN qualified or RGN with extensive mental health experience You will also ideally hold your RMALMC and have knowledge of the Gold Standards Framework...
