Our Client located near Purley require a Administration Assistant to work in their busy logistics department
This role is to provide administrative assistance and coordination to the operations and customer service team including order and data processing customer service and general administration
Job Duties
You will be organised have excellent prioritisation skills and enjoy supporting a team
To enter and process customer orders where designated onto the Aegis system ensuring product and delivery detail accuracy
To produce and forward all delivery notes to the relevant productionpack houses and ensuring their confirmation of receipt
To ensure that all deliveries to customer are booked in accordance with the agreed and contract procedures and protocols
To liaise with transport contractors to ensure that agreed customer delivery windows are achieved
