TeacherActive are looking to find an experienced KS1 teacher to work in a challenging Moss Side primary school in Manchester You will need to be of QTS or NQT and have experience in a similar environment Starting in February you will be working with a year 2 class of 33 pupils The class has challenged learners but you will be given full support from the teaching assistant and other members of staff in the school With a long term position you will have similar expectations to a full time teacher marking and monitoring pupils work Planning own lessons and delivering lessons in a way that gives pupils the best chance to learn and progress The school does have pupils with behavioural problems and we want to make the teacher aware of this The head is very supportive and gives advice and techniques to help bring the pupils towards learning We have a strong relationship with the school and have had good feedback from teachers who are or have previously worked here They described i...
