My client is a well established housing contractor Working in the residential private affordable housing market they have worked on a variety of projects ranging in size and value from 500k to 12 million
They are looking to expand their business in the South West from their office in Cardiff Reporting into a Quantity Surveyor you will be working on new build residential projects ranging from 25 million 10 million
They are looking for a well rounded and committed Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team
Duties will include
Responsible for liability schedules application of deadlines and sub contract orders
Reports of materials received some reconciliation on site and site measurements
You will be reporting into the Senior Surveyor
The ideal candidate must have
Some experience in residential or building construction working for a contractor
Knowledge of JCT and NEC...
