The core responsibilities will include running the sales and marketing suite which will include daily inspection of the show flats and site to ensure a good 1st impression is created Welcoming visitors viewings collecting data from visitors recording information onto a database ensuring all aspects of the village are promoted effectively and objections are handled Dealing with all sales enquiries via the telephone and email confirm visit appointments by letter with appropriate literature Post visit follow up calls and letters and database updates Report on a weekly basis on various levels of activity eg visitors enquiries sales pipeline reservations etc In conjunction with the General ManagerDirector organise open days receptions for the local business clubs and societi...
