A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Gloucestershire area for a Food and Beverage Supervisor working for an experienced hotel chain
The ideal candidate will have experience in a food and beverage supervisor role before and ideally will have worked in a 4 star environment or rossette kitchen You will need to be mature in your approach to work and be able to multitask effiiciently
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient management and delivery of all Food and Beverage operations provided by the hotel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 To assist in the effective and efficient management and delivery of all Bar Restaurant and Conference Food and Beverage activities within the hotel operation
2 To act as team leader within the Food and Beverage operation
3 To act as Duty Manager as required
4 To assist in the management of the outcomes of monthly Customer Reviews linking these to changes in procedure and team training
