Point 9 Recruitment are seeking an experienced RMN with Management experience to assist the Registered Manage with the supervision and care plans within a medium sized Nursing Home for older people with dementia
You will be experienced in managing and supervising junior staff CQC regulations Care Plans You will have strong clinical knowledge
You will have a strong care team to motivate and provide support to enable them to provide quality personalised care
You will be RGN qualified and have experience with older people and dementia and have previous managerial experience

Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRBPOVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
