To apply for this position you will need
Relevant nursing qualification ie RGN or RMN with excellent skills and experience of working with elderly and dementia care
NVQ4 qualification would be desirable
Excellent hands on clinical skills with a thorough understanding of elderly and dementia care
Previous Deputy Nursing Home Management experience with strong communication and management skills
Must have previous experience of delivering and supervising training within care homes
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit
