You will asked to
To lead and manage the team in a large branch
To supervise Coordinators to manage their own area
To develop the business and grow the domiciliary care provision
To RecruitTrain and induct new staff
To Manage day to day operations to include finance CQC Compliance with policies and procedures and all administration
To Promote and build relationships with external bodies
About you
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRBPOVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
