We are searching for an interim Nursing Home Manager to take responsibility and manage all aspects in the daytoday running of our clients Nursing Home Promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal care meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy independence and choice are met You will be required to supervise monitor and evaluate the care delivered to residents checking legal requirements are met along with the high levels of care expected at this home
This will be a 3 month rolling contract paying 35k pro rata
About you
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRBPOVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
