I have a number of role for personal injury paralegal in the Cardiff area You will need to have experience within personal injury and RTA work and any experience in uninsured loss would also be off benefit You will need to be able to demonstrate a level of experience working within a litigation setting
You will be working within a large and expanding city centre law firm within the RTA and uninsured loss team you will be working on both pre and post litigated dependent on experience and preference Working within a supportive team you will be working on primarily fast track claims from the initial claim and following through to the final outcome with a view to settling the claim in the best interests of the claimant You will need to keep up to date with developments in the RTA and personal injury field including recent case law
