My client is a contractor who have a number of general build projects which have been won in the North Anglia region Norfolk Peterborough Lincolnshire
Requirements
Experience of Design Management on general build projects education healthcare commercial leisure etc
Experience of Managing the design and build process
Site Engineering Management background rather than technical design preferred
Be commutable to East Anglia and Lincolnshire border
Permanent track record of employment
Main contractor background
The role
The role will be site based on a variety of general build schemes of various sizes across the East Anglia region You will have strong site experience including reading drawings and managing the design and build process
The ideal candidate will be offered
Up to 48000 per annum depending on experience
