This role sits within a Head Office function where contact with key stakeholders on a variety of business critical issues is a daily occurrence You will be ensuring the Group Managing Director Finance Director and Group HR Manager are given the support and resource they require
Your role as PA will cover
 Screening telephone calls handling enquires
 Diary management and organising travel
 HR administration including new starters updating records and compensation benefits administration
 Producing letters and general correspondence
 Office duties including filling faxing and photocopying
