My client is a global construction Consultancy who have a new vacancy for a Bid Executive based out their Birmingham office
You will be working for the Central Bid Team focussing on bid management across all sectors and services with particular focus on the Government and public sector Working on top UK European and Global targets of the business Opportunities categorised by fee level or strategic importance Typical workload consists of managing between 4 8 bids at various stages at any one time
Specific role and key responsibilities include
Responsibility for bid management process of allocated opportunities which includes
Management of project specific bid team comprising of all grades of staff
Initiate and maintain capture plan
Facilitate strategy meeting story board tender responses and allocate authors
