Heavy Equipment Transporter mechanics are required for work on large military vehicles within South West England we are ideally looking for ex military mechanics with previous experience of maintaining the heavy equipment transporters used by the military Candidates will have to hold the following
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent must have papers to hand or Vehicle Mechanical Apprenticeship or be Class 1 REME Vehicle Mechanic
HGV Cat C Licence
Full UK driving licence
Highly Flexible and a can do attitude
Strong Team Worker
Candidates will have to meet the minimum Territorial Army requirements
Successful Candidates will be required to undertake Military Training and become a Sponsored Reservist joining the TA Territorial Army From time to time they will be required to go on Operational Deployment for which pay is subject to a 50 uplift
