Job Description Motor Claims Fraud Investigator East Grinstead up to 24000
As a Claims Investigator you will be accountable for conducting cognitive interviews with claimants following a number of anomalies as identified by the Validation team You will draw investigations to conclusion and where fraud is believed to be evident will pursue further investigations to gather evidence to support a repudiation Upon completion of the investigation a detailed report will be required to support your decision
Investigations will be carried out ethically and with a warm empathetic approach towards the claimant wherever possible
