Our client is looking for a senior Project Director Broadband and Talk to join their team
Candidate must have the following skills experience
In depth knowledge of fixed line broadband and telephony customer journey
Safeguarding customer experience around fixed line broadband telephony customer journey
Indepth knowledge of Broadband and Telephony operations
Senior and credible with gravitas at director level
Experience handling large budgets
Able to pull together Stakeholders with different perspectives across multiple workstreams
Handson
Recovery deepdive experience
Thus is an initial 3 months contract based in west London with a daily rate to be confirmed
