A Leading Travel Management company are looking for a Senior Technology Team Leader to join their Dynamic Team in the city This exciting role will support the EMEA client portfolio ensuring the technical team are delivering the highest levels of service and assist in the development and implementation of a standard suite of online technology solutions and processes
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead EMEA team in conjunction with Global Technology Manager
Develop and test travel systems and new initiatives for client
Communicate with Global Managers
Joint liaison point for client based systems EMEA
Process and procedure driven and streamlined
Contribute to the Robotics Project Management
Direct report line to tech support team leader
Suggest and implement processes to benefit Client and American Express
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent knowledge of Online Booking Systems GDS and global travel operations
Highly developed Project Change management skills
