Technical Trainer Customer Service Trainer A South West based energy utilities firm require a Technical Trainer Customer Service Trainer to ensure all new Customer Service Advisors are fully prepared for the role The Technical Trainer Customer Service Trainer will ensure all training for new starters within the department is delivered in full ensure ongoing and ad hoc training sessions are developed and delivered will prepare and update all of the training documents develop and maintain the training library and reference material work closely with the operations department to gain the knowledge needed to deliver the required training and build a strong understanding of the companys systems and processes
